For organizations to walk their talk, they must put strong leadership programs in place to develop a more inclusive leadership pipeline.
Power. Presence. Influence.™ is a customized leadership program that can be implemented within an organization. The program is based in psychology and behavioral neuroscience and is designed to develop key skills and make potential leaders feel supported, engaged, and committed to their jobs and organizational goals.
Using a design thinking approach, we work with Human Resources and/or Learning & Development teams to customize and implement the program.
