Using insights from diverse professionals across industries, we developed Power. Presence. Influence., an interactive leadership program that focuses on developing emotional intelligence, active listening, better communication, and a strong presence in high-potential employees.

A New York-based not-for-profit focused on empowering domestic abuse survivors lacked clarity on effectively engaging its board and team. Through design thinking sprints, we helped the organization frame its challenges and mapped out areas of opportunities to leverage stakeholder engagement. This resulted in alignment among the team and a more efficient and collaborative way of working.

We’ve created a Culture of Collaboration to improve the patient experience

A large hospital based in the South was looking to improve its patient service. Through innovative and interactive exercises, we facilitated problem-solving among cross-functional teams to enhance the care experience for patients. As a result, the hospital was able to deliver better patient experiences, foster collaboration among its teams, and implement better solutions.

We’ve designed exceptional Customer Experiences to maximize brand value.

One of America’s largest home improvement retail chains was looking to engage millennials by teaching them D.I.Y skills. Using a holistic approach, we conducted qualitative research to gather insights and map opportunities to engage target customers. We then prototyped and tested ideas including pop-up experiences in community spaces, as well as digital touchpoints. This helped the client tap into millennial D.I.Y.ers, by giving them a safe space to learn, connect, and gain confidence, while creating lasting connections with the brand.

We’ve created Powerful Brand Experiences to engage customers 

A learning platform that combines culture, language and local knowledge to serve international students, travelers, expats and learners in 144 countries was looking to differentiate and communicate its unique values to target audience globally. Through in-depth understanding of the audience, competition, purpose and strategy, we created a holistic brand experience for the client that reflected in their branding, visual identity system, website, app and other assets.
